Manchester Starfleet is pleased to select the Alzheimer's Society (Manchester) as it's 2009-10 nominated charity.

The Alzheimer's Society is a membership organisation, which works to improve the quality of life of people affected by dementia in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Many of our 25,000 members have personal experience of dementia, as carers, health professionals or people with dementia themselves, and their experiences help to inform our work.

Charity Donations

Manchester Starfleet - Star Trek UK Fan Club is a non-for-profit organisation, however every 12 months, Manchester Starfleet will donate any profits to their currently nominated charity. Any monies collected at any 'All to Charity' events held by the club will be saved and included in the afore mentioned yearly donation.
